Passed away at home Tuesday, October 27, 2026, aged 59 years.

Much loved husband of Tania. Cherished father and grandfather of Rebecca, Vincent, Lockie and Corbec; Stephanie, Brian and Ila; and Lucas. Beloved son of Rodger and the late Alison, and stepson of Lorraine. Loved brother of Barry, Debbie, Greg, Robbie and partners. Treasured uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Loved by all his extended family.

A service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held at the MSA Ashburton, 231 Burnett Street, Ashburton, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, commencing at 1:00 pm, followed by a private Cremation.
